I'm Kristine Konen — a culture and organizational development practitioner with 30+ years of workforce infrastructure experience inside some of the most demanding environments out there: electrical construction, manufacturing, healthcare, behavioral health, and nonprofit leadership. I've worked alongside frontline foremen and C-suite executives, managed $40M+ contract portfolios, and led organizations through crisis, growth, and everything in between.

After 30+ years inside organizations, from the production floor to the executive suite, I've learned one thing with certainty: culture isn't a program you launch. It's a system you build, intentionally, every day.

I founded Vision2Success because I kept seeing the same gap. Organizations full of talented, committed people (that rock!). Inevitably held back not by strategy or resources, but by the invisible friction of misaligned culture, underdeveloped leaders and workforce infrastructure.

My career has taken me from coordinating OSHA safety training across four manufacturing plants to leading a 20-person training review team at a 12-facility state agency. From facilitating leadership development for 200+ leaders annually inside a 10,000-employee healthcare system to serving as President & CEO of a nonprofit — stabilizing a team in crisis and leading a full remote transition in under a month during COVID-19. From administering a $40M+ contract portfolio to founding a statewide recovery coalition that grew to just under 200 members in its first seven months!

I bring that full range to every engagement. Certified in DDI, DiSC Everything, and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ and familiar with Technology of Participation (ToP®) strategic planning methodology, I will use whatever combination of tools your organization actually needs.
